5 buah cabai merah besar

How To Make:
1. Coat the fish head with lime juice. Let stand 15 minutes.
2. Heat the oil. Saute ground spices, lemon grass, galangal, turmeric, lime leaves, and salt. Pour INDOMILK UHT MILK FULL CREAM PLAIN. Cook until boiling.
3. Add the fish head. Cook over low heat until the fish head is cooked.
