Membuat Cake
Kocok bahan A hingga kental dan pucat, tambahkan Bahan B aduk rata, masukkan Bahan C, aduk balik hingga rata.
Tuang kedalam 2 bh loyang kotak 18x18x4cm yang sudah dipoles mentega dan dialasi baking paper.
Panggang dalam suhu 180°C, selama 25 menit atau hingga matang. Angkat, dinginkan. Sisihkan.
Buat Keju Cake
Kocok telur Cheese cream dan Orchid Butter unsalted hingga lembut, sisihkan.
Kocok telur, gula pasir dan cake emulsifier hingga kental, tambahkan tepung terigu dan susu bubuk full cream Indomilk, aduk rata.
Masukkan adonan no.1, aduk rata. Masukkan kedalam loyang ukuran 22x22x4cm. panggang dalam oven suhu 180°C, selama 20 menit atau hingga matang.
Honey Butter Cream
Kocok semua bahan hingga menjadi cream.
Penyelesaian
Buat layer cake dengan filling honey butter cream.
