Bahan cake:
- 50 gram bit, kukus, haluskan
- 100 gram ORCHID BUTTER SALTED, lelehkan
- ¼ sendok teh garam
- 12 kuning telur
- 75 gram gula pasir
- 50 gram tepung terigu protein sedang
- 1 sendok teh maizena
- 1 sendok teh SUSU BUBUK INDOMILK FULL CREAM PLAIN
Bahan filling:
- 250 gram ORCHID BUTTER SALTED dingin
- 100 gram krim kental, kocok creamy, dinginkan
- 150 gram white cooking chocolate, lelehkan
- 200 gram cream cheese
Bahan crumble (aduk hingga berbutir kasar):
- 50 gram ORCHID BUTTER SALTED
- 15 gram margarin
- 35 gram tepung terigu
- 25 gram almond bubuk
- 35 gram maizena
- 1 sendok makan gula tepung
- 1/8 sendok teh garam
